Art Director
(Remote - Full Time)
We are looking for an Art Director to lead and direct the visual style in digital productions.
You must have strong brand design skills, visual design, user experience, and digital marketing to help us design beautiful digital experiences. You must be comfortable taking projects from concept to completion, providing new ideas and creativity while working closely with colleagues and clients.
You will have the possibility to work in a wide variety of industries, such as health, fintech, logistics, and tech startups.

What you'll do

Lead, inspire and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of creatives, designers, researchers, project managers, and developers.

Promote a culture that values diversity of thinking, learning, creative exploration, and risk-taking.

Analyze, define and translate creative briefs into actionable steps considering the scope and timeline for each project.

Oversee projects across the entire production cycle to ensure that our creative vision is carried from concept through completion.

Direct the design process: strategy, research, brainstorm, moodboards, concept sketches, and execute high-quality content and creative assets.

Coordinate activities with other managers and production teams, and agencies.

Present ideas and our work to clients and stakeholders with clarity and eloquence.

Elevate our brand by crafting compelling and inspiring work.

Identify opportunities to improve the quality of our work.
What you'll bring

Five years of experience, preferably agency work leading other creatives and designers.

Artistic talent and understanding of traditional art and design principles.

Understanding of customer research, knowledge gathering, ideation, and concept visualization/prototyping.

Strong portfolio that reflects sophistication in graphic design, typography, and photo & video art direction.

Solid communication, presentation skills, and positive team collaboration.

Proven experience in branding, visual design, motion, and editorial design.

Curiosity and sense of wonder attitude.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other cutting-edge tools.

Software-agnostic approach.

Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
Bonus points

Knowledgeable in marketing and industry trends.

Experience in Figma and Sketch.

Experience in immersive design (AR/VR).
