Technical Project Manager
(Remote - Full Time)
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to be the link between our clients and our production team throughout an end-to-end product design and development process.
You will ensure that the products and experiences delivered by us meet the needs of our clients and their end-users. You will support our client's product vision by collaborating with all stakeholders, analyzing end-user needs, identifying product improvements, building use cases, documenting high-level functional requirements, and maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.
You will support our development team by facilitating scope understanding, time estimations, and presenting technical proposals to our clients.

What you'll do

Lead, inspire and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of developers, project managers, creatives, designers, and researchers.

Analyze, define and translate project requirements into actionable steps considering the scope and timeline for each project.

Oversee projects across the entire production cycle to ensure that our creative vision is carried from concept through completion.

Manage multiple projects and coordinate activities with other managers and production teams to organize and prioritize our backlog.

Deliver status reports and participate in internal project syncs and kick-off meetings.

Use Trello/Jira/Slack/{insert whatever collaboration tool} the heck out of a project until it's completed.

Present our work to stakeholders with clarity and eloquence.

Build and develop relationships with customers and potential new customers based on trust and respect.

Closely collaborate with our sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
What you'll bring

Five years of experience leading diverse development projects.

Proven experience managing teams in other agencies or software companies.

Experience translating business ideas into project plans and creating the necessary documentation for your team to understand what they need to deliver.

Real-world experience with Scrum and Agile Methodologies.

An organized, proactive, and collaborative spirit.

Good communication and people skills. You feel as comfortable talking about product strategy with a client as about a development framework with a developer.

Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

Familiarity with the design and development lingo.

Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
