Jr. UX Designer
(Remote - Full Time)
We are looking for a Jr. UX Designer to take their first steps in conducting research and helping us create awesome digital products.
We will help you develop analytical skills to carry out research processes, define user flows and create interactive prototypes. You must be comfortable learning to interpret user needs, create use cases, and provide new ideas for digital products.
You will have the possibility to work in a wide variety of industries, such as health, fintech, logistics, and tech startups.

What you'll do

Work closely with a cross-functional team of creatives, designers, developers, and managers.

Participate in meetings with stakeholders from all over the world.

Learn how to process quantitative and qualitative data.

Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user needs.

Define and refine user stories, personas, and flow diagrams.

Obtain and interpret metrics to make opinionated design decisions.

Contribute to validating and measuring the success of a project.

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
