Sr. UX Researcher
(Remote - Full Time)
We are looking for a Sr. UX Researcher to plan research and help us create awesome digital products.
You must have strong analytical skills to lead research processes, define user flows and create interactive prototypes. You must be comfortable getting out there and talking to people to interpret their needs, develop use cases, and provide new ideas for digital products.

What you'll do

Work closely with a cross-functional team of creatives, designers, developers, and managers.

Support discovery of the project lifecycle, including stakeholder interviews, analytics, audits, and benchmarking.

Facilitate workshops to answer critical business questions through design thinking, rapid prototyping, and testing ideas with customers.

Design and execute studies into user behavior and attitudes.

Plan and conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user needs.

Get meaningful insight from quantitative and qualitative to drive creative concepts.

Validate and measure the success of a project.

Communicate research results and design ideas in meetings with stakeholders from all over the world.

Define and refine user stories, personas, and flow diagrams.

Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
What you'll bring

Five years of experience in similar positions within the UX area, preferable product teamwork.

Excellent communication skills and empathy for the user.

Critical thinking with an analytical vision and a user-centered design approach.

Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Fluent in user-centered design best practices.

Deep knowledge in the UX design process.

Experience with UX design programs like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Experience with research and analytics tracking tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Optimal Workshop.

Understanding of the intersection between design, content, business, and engineering.

Ability to turn complex workflows into elegant and simple user experiences.

Understanding of how to translate business goals into digital experiences.

Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
